1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to CartSense AI Shopping Copilot ("the App"). By installing or using our Shopify application via the Shopify App Store or theme app embed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License & Service Scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App on your verified Shopify store according to your active plan (Free Starter, Basic Growth, Pro Merchant, or Professional VIP).

• Powered by Google Gemini Flash via Vercel AI SDK.
• Real-time product searches, discount triggers, and cart tracking.

3. Billing & 7-Day Free Trial

All subscription charges are processed through Shopify App Billing:

• Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial.
• You can cancel or downgrade anytime in your Shopify Admin before the trial expires without being charged.
